so i have an ls-vtec engine in my teg.. anyhow, my cars been running fine and clean for as long as ive had it. but the other day i turn it on, start driving and suddenly in every gear or neutral, i cant rev above 4000 rpms. it seems electronically limited because it sounds like its hitting a rev limiter or a launch control (i know its not but thats what it acts like). so car runs fine, drives smooth, just bounces of the 4000 rpm mark. throttle position sensor? anyone have this problem? any solutions?
