Lights get brighter after 4g RPM

Lights get brighter after 4g RPM
Hello I have a 99 GSR and the headlights and interior lights go brighter after 4,000 rpm while driving. then when it comes back down it gets dimmer. Any reason why it would be doing that?

before anything check your connections @ alternator and battery. if wiring is good and connections are tight, i would highly suspect the alternator.
