VTEC acting
I have a 94 GSR engine...intake,headers.i have the stock ecu(nothing done to it)...and my vtec is kicking in around 5800RPM and it feels weak....i was having problems with it not kicking in now it just feel weird....any help would be nice

Have you checked your oil level and has your engine been knocking? Running premium? Low oil pressure and the knock sensor could both cause your engine to run in limp mode.

your VTEC kicks in at 4400. your butterflies open at 5700. it feels weak because your car is stock. u cant really feel VTEC in a bone stock motor. get some cams if u want to really feel it. other than that. .check your oil pressure, make sure your car is fully warm, and clean your Vtec Solonoid

that is when i start to feel at around 5700 rpm.....but my friend has a stock GSR and u could feel his vtec....i am getting a cel of my 02 senor and my speedo aint working either(could it be cause of this)....i think it could be the knock senor too because i tired to unplug it and the senor broke off but i just gule it back togeter

lol...you can't expect vtec to put you in your seat like a turbo or anything. the stock gsr vtec was designed to produce a constant power band through out all 8000 rpm's. if you want to feel the cross over get a vtec controller and move the cross over to 6000 rmp's. not going to give you any more power but if you want to feel the crossover thats how ya do it.
