Default jumping a car, with reversed cables, doh

my friend accidently jumped my car by putting the negative on positive and needless to say it blew my battery fuse, but now my car is having some electrical problems. At idle it will raise revs will fo up/down searcing for about 900rpm and when i turn off the lights or radio it will be fine. And when i give it any throttle over about 60% the car will bog. I went and got the alternator tested and battery and both are working fine. Could this have messed up any other sensors/fuses that would cause these problems?

thanks

Unlikely, but you could of fried the ecu.

Check all fuses again and/or
Borrow your friends ecu and see if that fixes the problem.

how did that happen? So there was no negative effect on the battery?

sounds like someone went driving without a hood

consider yourself and your friend really lucky because battery acid and anything it touches does not mix
