Default JDM Swap - OBD1 Catalytic converter compatability

Hello, i have a 1994 Integra Ls, Automatic which is obviously an OBD1 car. I have found a JDM GSR B18C VTEC OBD2 engine for sale near me with an auto trans as well. I really would like to do a swap but im not sure that the catalytic converter for the OBD1 Cat will work properly with the OBD2 ECU included with the swap. As most of you probably know, the OBD1 cars have 1 o2 sensor, whereas the OBD2 cars have 2. It seems like an easy swap compared to a manual swap since you dont have to worry about all of the manual connections and linkage. And i live in a pretty congested city, so a manual just isnt a viable option for me right now. Its my daily and the manual conversion would take much more time too. Just hope nobody bashes me for the auto.
Im pretty sure that the catalytic converter compatability isnt the only issue id run into when swapping this engine, so if anyone has some tips or any solutions to problems that i might run into since this is a JDM engine, I would be so grateful for any help. Thank you!
