Indiglo gauge problems....

I have had my indiglo gauges for about 9 months now, no problems. All of the sudden the other night they started flickering on and off, and now only the temp gauge lights up. It sounds to me like a wire is loose somewhere. I checked the wires coming off of the dimmer switch and they are all ok. any ideas??

Maybe your electrical connectors must have gotten loose. Try to remove your whole gauges out again and check every wirin again. It shouldn't act like this. I've have mine for over a year. If only the temp gauge lights up maybe the rest are loose out of its connection. Check that. Actually my only problem was one of my damn wire from the dimmer broke. Makin it stays green can't switch to blue. But now its fix i solder it already. Damn cheap stuff http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/mad.gif Good luck.

I had the same problem so removed the crapy guages, replaced the stock guage lights with raybrig hyper whites and been happy ever after. Of all the things I have bought for my car, the indiglo guages was the biggest waste of money.

Hey geratol.....How do those hypers look behind the dash..any pics? I was thinking about colored bulbs. How much are hypers for that size?

update...just got dark so i checked to see if they worked after i rewired it......well now the temp and speedo gauges work, but not the tach or fuel http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/mad.gif
