How to remove water from engine? hehe

I was coming home yesterday during a very huge rain storm and hit a giant puddle that ended up killing my car ( i have a cold air intake by the way). I pulled over to the said and it still had full battery power, but wouldn't crank at all, it sounded like the starter was trying to work but couldn't turn the flywheel. I took off my intake tube and found a small amount of water inside the tube (uh oh). I tried so many times to start it that the battery died. This is the point that i had it towed home. After letting it sit over night it still won't do much while jump started. It sounds like that starter is trying to turn the flywheel, it just can't do it. I can see the belts start to turn then just stop. What can i do to see if i hyrdolocked my engine or not? Anyway to get the water out of there?

I'd try to spin the engine by using a rachet on the crank pulley. If you have a really hard time, remove the spark plugs and try again. I hope you engine is ok.

Heres the key, should turn right over and shoot water stright up and out of the Cylinders.
