how much to replace a camshaft seal?
does the camshaft need to be removed to do this?
or is this a simple fix?

yes you need to take the cams out
if you did it you self the seals would only cost a fdw bucks
to pay some one to do it right. pull the cams out retorque everythting and do a valve adjustment it probably would cost close to $200

no you dont need to take the cams out.. take the valve cover off and the cam cap, take out the seal, put the new one in and torque the cap and valve cover down
