Any clutch will vary so widely this is a very bad question. How do you know if the driver didn't ride the clutch, track race, street race, or just plainly granny drive the clutch pedal?
Any clutch should last 45-100K+ unless it is a very agressive set-up on the car.
Is that clutch worth the money? yes.
Would I buy that clutch/pressure plate next time? Yes, if I was only running basic modifications.

i bought a exedy stage 1 clutch and lightweight flywheel bout a year ago.. it still grabs just as good as when i first got it.. they're good clutches and give you a lot more power and take - off..

Mine has lasted 53000 miles so far. I drive the ever loving **** out of it!! It was pretty aggressive for a street disk when I first got it. Now it feels like a new stock clutch, so I guess after all the abuse, it's finally showing wear.
Would I buy it again?? Yes, it's a great reliable, smooth, street clutch.
Will I but it again?? No, because I'm going to be running too much power for it. If I was going to be under 200 horses, I'd buy it any day.

Grear reply, I agree. I also have the stage 1 clutch w/ around 50k or so on it and it still works like a champ and I just had the tranny off 5k ago and the disc still has plenty of life left.
I also know that the H1 Honda Challange champ this year ran an Exedy stage 1 clutch and his LS/Vtec puts down around 250hp to the wheels on a dyno jet, he never had one problem (In fact I think it's the same clutch he ran last year also)

When ppl leave there foot on the clutch pedal, or drag the clutch pedal by not releasing it when it is in gear.

sorry for asking this again.
so when i change gear from 2-3 or 3-4 or 4-5 i need to do it like, going from stop? (1st gear), let go pedal smooths and slowly. not just pop out quick? is that bad??? i tho doing slowly is bad..101 clutch noob driver
