How do I CONVERT AUTOMATIC Integra to MAUNAL?
I have a 94 four door integra thats a automatic that I would like to make a 5speed stick shift. What would I need and do to make it a 5 speed? Thanks!

I personally don't know, but I do know that if you bought a manual integra in the first place it probably would have been cheaper than a conversion.

^^^ Not true. I just picked up my 2nd Integra a few months ago, and for the most part the manual cars I went to see were beat to **** and pieced together, by what seems like broke H-T or B20V forum folks Most of the auto's I saw were 99% original & OEM clean, just needing basic maintenance. I bought a commuter 96 Auto LS that I will be converting one of these days. Automatic cars seem to be not as beat a tuner/street racer/ forum junkie manual cars.

From what I gathered.
Tranny/Flywheel and clutch setup.
Shifter Linkage
manual tranny mount & subframe brace
Axles & intermediate shaft.
obviously, pedal(s) clutch master, slave and clutch line.
Interior trim
Im sure Im missing other minor stuff

Ya all the autos seem to be the unmolested reliable cars, so switching one to manual is time consuming, but wouldnt be a bad idea.
Your also gonna need a new manual ecu.

I still don't think it's worth the money. I wouldn't even consider it unless I was convinced I couldn't find a decent condition MT car in my area.
But I haven't looked in a long time. Maybe they are really hard to find

MT ECU
you might have to modify shifter hole in the floor, but might be able to get by with a short shifter
flywheel bolts
center console
gauge cluster is nice if you don't want the auto one
you have to run wires for the reverse lights
IM might need some tweeking for it to work on a MT(I think they maybe slightly different but forget how exactly)
yada yada yada
Ive done it before on a civic and I wouldn't do it again. It ends up being more money and time and effort than you initially expect and you end up with a car that doesn't feel the same as an original manual (probably for me because im OCD and know that it was an auto even though no one else can tell). IMHO, wait for a decent MT integra and get that instead.
Best of luck to you whichever route you take...

My 92 da was converted before I bought it so Idk what the guy actually did, but he said it was a pain in the *** and took some time. I kept my auto cluster though, gives it some personality

There's a few threads available with everything you need to know:
Even though this DIY is for a Civic, the concept is the same with a few differences.

DIY for Integra but without images.

Parts List

The rear T-bracket of an Integra is the same auto or manual. If I'm wrong then correct me but I'm using the same T-bracket from my automatic longblock and it bolts right up to my manual transmission...
It's the transmission mount that needs to be changed since the automatic chassis post-mount sits higher than a manual chassis.
I did a auto to manual conversion on my 96 Integra so feel free to ask me a question. Just research these few threads and get the necessary parts and you're good. Good luck!
