Also Make sure you dont have the MAP and TPS reversed-I did this on mine when I installed my S2 manifold by mistake. Hopefully the new TB gasket does the trick.

hey i am having the same problem..i have a skunk 2 70mm throttle body and a skunk 2 intake manifold on my gsr. and the idle is fine but when im driving if i dont smake the gas
and let off real quick the car wants to idle up to like 2500 to 3000 k any info? thanks alot...also any update on your problem integra gsr 95?

sounds like u have a sticking Throttle body.

have the same problem with my 96 4dr GSR i installed a skunk2 IM whoever worked on the car before me had the vacuum box deleted so that was gone so i re routed the vacuum lines to there correct location (bypassing the vacuum box). Put a new IM gasked new TB gasket and tightened everything down and started it up at first it was loping between 1800 and 3k tapped the gas and it began to lope between 1200 and 2100, i rechecked all the vacuum lines sprayed it with gum cutter to make sure and nothing i havent checked the TB gasket yet to see if it was inverted but i proceeded to try to cover the IACV hole inside the TB and it didnt lope as bad it loped between 1100 and 1500. so i made a block-off plate for the IACV and left it at that, someone also told me for the obd2a gsr's the butterflies were built into the stock intake manifold and without them being there it could cause a surge of constant air that the ECU isnt tuned for so it sees it as a vacuum leak and tries to compensate and thats where the lopin is coming from.
