Random Technologies makes them, but I recommend running a test pipe if possible. You get a little more airflow and they are usually cheaper.

I have seen Magnaflow/Carsound high-flo cats tested against test pipes and there was less than 2 hp gain, which can happen even if you ran the same car twice with no changes. They are very affordable too.

Re: (JDMjoe86)
I run a test pipe on my EG with a custom exhaust and a ITR muffler and don't have any problems with noise, my car runs and sounds similar to a ITR. The only downside to a test pipe are emission test.
As far as dealing with the secondary 02 sensor there are companies that make dummy 02 sensors. I can't remember any right now, but do a search and I'm sure you can find several companies.

Thanks for the help, i hit a 18 wheeler retread on the interstate and jacked up my whole exhaust. I have replaced it with a Apexi World Sport 2 catback but i think it nailed my cat as well and it rattles at idle(i think). So i was just thinking about replacing it
