HID's in 92 teg wat projector to use?
 
ok i have a 2003 3.2 TL HID setup in my car. (92 DA) Ive been looking around tyin to find someone who has done a retro-fit to there stock headlights not the one pieces. wat projecters should i use? ive searched and havent really come up with nething. i would just like to have a better beam so they dont look all scattered. ne help is greatly appreciated oh and also the best way to take the headlights apart thanx

I retro fitted my 92 DA Stock headlights. Looks good to me. I'll post up pics when I get the chance.

I used the Audi A4's projectors

You won't get a nice beam pattern using stock lenses. Sorry, it's impossible.

Your best bet, now that there are free-form reflector 1-piece replica headlights now available, would be to use a set of those and put the projectors in those. Then you would have an excellent beam pattern and the headlights would look killer with the right shroud/bezel setup.

You can sand down the flutes on the JDM 1pc headlights. It creates a nice cut off line if you do. I personally like the way the tsx projectors look.

That would really be a ton of work, and no guarantee you're not going to have waves in the plastic when done.

I would use the aftermarket free-form headlights.

and i would get these where? im not really interested in doing one piece especialy if there not going to look stock. i like my glass ones cuz i live in florida and with all the hard water it makes them turn yellow no matter how much wax you use so im looking to do this to stock one and make them black housing while there apart
