help wiring, radiator/condenser fan wont turn off
94 integra rs - stock
radiator fan and condenser fan + a/c compressor will not turn off. they all turn on as soon as you switch on the ignition and will only turn off when you turn the car off.
UPDATE:
thanks to a member on ht, i found that the person who had the car before me grounded a wire (red/black) near the relay to keep the compressor on. I rewired it back to stock and the compressor wont turn on at all when i press the a/c button on the climate control. also this had no effect on the fans.
i disconnected the water temp sensor on the thermostat and they still run. could it be a relay problem?
UPDATE:
tried new relays on both [compressor relay and fan relay], and still wouldnt work properly. also tried a new water temp sensor.
what else would keep the fans from turning off? i also noticed that the condenser fan is grounded? is that how it suppose to be? and what could keep the a/c compress from turning on when i press the a/c button on the climate control?
is it the thermostat? fuses? act of god? i have no idea! please help!
could a wire that was grounded to keep the compressor on all the time be shorted a wire/fuse/relay? which and where are they?

Re: (devils_civic)
i had the problem of my fan staying on for at least 20 minutes and i read on "alldata" (an archive of service manuals and also theories of how certain electrical system works) that said the condenser fan goes on after the vehicle is shut off by the oil temperature sensor to cool off the block. the regular radiator fan is run by the coolant temp sensor. iono what it could be doing to set it off, but it could be the switch. its located in the back of the block by the oil filter but i dont know which one it is.
i haven't been able to try it myself by lack of time to do so.
but if you have any luck, let me know bro.
