HELP! NO FUEL!!!

I just purchased my first DA integra, the LS special for 900 bucks. I was able to test drive it but then the "fuel pump went out" I put a new pump in, checked main relay with a know good one, made sure all grounds were solid but there is still no pressure getting to the filter. After reading around I'm entirely lost. Help!!!

All fuses are intact.... it ws one of the first things I checked. Any specific fuses that would cause this problem??

Could also be a problem with the ECU, you might have to start testing the power signals going to the fuel pump and from the fuel pump to the ECU to see where the signal is dead.

Are you hearing the pump priming? I experienced a similar issue after replacing my gas tank and fuel pump. I wasn't getting fuel pressure at the filter. Upon closer inspection, I found that the filter had disconnected from the pump due to it not being seated properly. After securing it, the engine started right up.
