Icon2 Help; CEL Code 6 ECT Sensor & Identifying Head?

Alright, well the guy I got the Integra off of said it was a Frank motor with a B18A1 bottom end & a B16 SiR head. Well from the countless hours of searching and all that good stuff trying to see what type of head it has I found out that it's a PR3-1 head, which doesn't really tell us anything except that it's a B-series head. And then I found out the year which would be 9/0 which would mean it's from 1990 obviously. And a quick search of a B16 built in 1990 would show up with these two cars; 1989–1991 JDM Honda CRX SiR (EF8) or 1989–1991 JDM Honda Civic SiR (EF9). So my question for y'all is whether or not I really do have a JDM SiR head or not? And if so would it be a SiR-1 or a SiR-2? I think it would be a SiR-1 right?

Alright so lets say I do have a 1990 SiR-1 head, well I know cars from that year were OBD-0, and I know B18A1's were made from 90-93. And I also know that the B18's from 90-91 were OBD-0 and the ones from 92-93 were OBD-1. I pulled the CEL code using that little blue clip & i know the only way to do that is if the car is OBD-1, so my question is what OBD- is my car? The body is a 95' and the B18A1 is between 90-93 and the head is a 90'

Alright, so I pulled the CEL code and it was a Code 6 ECT ( Water Temperature Sensor) & I've also noticed how my fans won't turn on at all and the temp gauge isn't even working. So my question is where is the ECT sensor and what could be stopping the fans & gauge from working?

What the gauge looks like;

Well I can't find a diagram or even a manual of a JDM SiR so I don't know where is the exact location of the ECT sensor, but I have been using a manuel of a 2000 Si and this is the diagram I found of the ECT sensor, I know it's somewhere under the VTEC solenoid but I have a problem with that also;

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time! And if this has been answered already & I'm just an idiot I apologize for that too.

The top one you circled is the Vtec pressure solenoid and the bottom one is the ETC. the other ECT sending unit is the one to the left of the hose under the Vtec solenoid.. it's a single wire black plug..and I believe there is a 3rd ECT sensor on the thermostat housing..

Take some pics of how you have it wired. Since your B16A is OBD0 your fan switch is on the back of the block. Youll have to run the wiring from your fan switch at the thermostat (green and black wires) to the back of the block.

There will be 3 ECT sensor, switch, sending unit.

Sensor - supplies info to the ECU, two wire, [maybe red/white and green/black].
Sending unit - supplies info for the temp gauge, one wire,[maybe yellow/green].
Switch - controls rad fan relay, two wire, [maybe black and green]. 94

So then this should be the plug for the sending unit then, if I'm right? (There's a whole bunch of plugs that are just lying around in the bay but I'm slowly finding out where they go)

Also in order to get my fans working again and temp gauge also I'd have to get 3 of these things working, right?

Sorry for all the questions

the sender should be a single pin connector. usually it's a bullet type with black boot.

your obd is dependent on the ecu you're running. not the head or block.
whichever ecu you're running is the obd capability you have
