help

started the car and everything's fine. 20 minutes of driving later and i notice that every time i disengage the clutch my rpm doesn't drop down. it either stays where it's at or drop down to 2500 and stays there. so i park the car and gave it a couple of revs, rpm drops down to 800 then goes up to 1500 then drops down to 1000 and stays there. so i drove around for a little more and it alternates from rpm staying at where it's at or droping down to 1000 and staying there https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emdgust.gif anyone had this problem or have any idea what's causing it? mods on my car are aem intake, aftermarket im, b16 tranny, itr flywheel and act clutch.

Re: help (white98gs-r)

Your IACV could be sticking. Have you set the timing and base idle for the car?
