But teally you would have to decide this because people all around have their own opinion on this. You will never get a straight answer because this has been beaten on many times which is why you should read the rules and then learn the search techniques. Everyone says search, because this has been covered 9,982 million times. So, In conclusion, you need to do these things before you post a worthless thread alright bro?

YES. h22 swap is AWSOME... besides adding awhopping 40-50 lbs up front... the ADDED hp and torque is great... also for a LOW LOW COST
u can pick up a long block for <2000 and ull make
160-180 whp with boltons
130-160 torque with boltons...
Thats as much as a na b16/b18c1 sometimes

What kind of problems? I've had mine for 2 years now. No problems at all.

You do realize you can edit your posts dont you? No need to post 15 times in a row.
I also vote yes for H22. You'll make more power over a ITR motor for less.

Re: h22 integra worth it? (skunked)
i am really curios of an h22 integra swap... but i heard people run through so many problems like more money out of their pocket because the motor is not that reliable. is this true? im still thinking about an h22 swap or a jdm GSR or.. maybe even a type R

if you want an "easy/no brainer" swap go with the B. The H is for the power hungry.
The H no less reliable than the B series IMO.

i want my car to be fast.. like something that will hella pull when i step on the gas. but i really dont want to run through so much problems. what are the problems that you run into with your h22? or do you ride it and treat it like just another GSR.. but faster?

So youre telling me a Prelude isnt just as reliable as an Integra? ALL Honda engines are reliable in stock form. They are built to last.
I run my car hard but I dont abuse it. Theres a big difference between the two. I see people who abuse their car and **** happens, but thats not because they have an H22 in their car or anything. Its the way they treat their car and it happens to anyone no matter what they drive.
If you treat it good, it will treat you good.

I think this question goes back to what you really want the car used for. Im sure the H would be good choice if you wanted it for a 1/4mile/street racing type of car. But i would stick with the B series if you wanted to use the car for handling corners and road courses ect. Hence the 50lbs added to the front.
If you arent to serious about the build you can make some good WHP with headwork and bolt-ons on the H22. But same gains can come from a B series nonethe less, just more work.

Re: (radio1global)
im leaning towards more to h22 swap. because i think that the stronger and faster the car, the more fun it is to drive daily, but i dont understand what makes h22 so hard to corner around and stuff? does it just break when i swerve or something?
