gsr would make more power in the long run. depends how much you're looking to spend total. just a turbo kit, or turbo kit + b18c1. the more you spend the more horsepower you'll have.

Its all in your own opinion. Everyone feels different. I've had an Ls before and I have a gsr now and I think there is a difference in power. Yes the Ls has a more powerfull bottom end, but vtec is a good option to have too if you have other mods. Alot of people go for the ls turbo and get good results. Some go for the all-motor gsr with bolt-ons and get a good result. Me personally, I like the gsr better, but thats just my opinion. Go for what you want. If you already have the Ls motor, than keep it and build it up.

Research.

Each has its pros and cons.

I'd buy another LS motor, and build it vs. a stock GSR turbo motor.

......but thats just me. It's not my money/car.

If all you are really planning on doing is strapping on a bolt-on kit, the b18c1 is going to be the best bet. All in all if you are going to try to make the most power you possibley can, that is going to be the way to go. You need an end goal in mind before you start switching motors out or anything.

Keep in mind swapping to a b18c adds at least 2,700 to the cost of the project.

if your going to do turbo just leave with ls and build it instead of spending more money on a gsr and then it blowing up,
ive seen like 3gsr turbo integra blow up
and ive seen 1 integra ls 2 blow up
but thats because the driver wanted 18lbs on stock internals, woooow thats fast booommm ahhh man lsturbo my freind

Anyway, definitely stick with your LS. It will not be profitable to buy the GSR if you're going to turbo.
