GSR engine swap shock tower connector pinout
I am swapping a d16y7 non vtec from my previous 98 civic dx into a 2000 GS-R shell I got off Craigslist. Everything is in and connected except for the drivers side shock tower plug. The Honda plug is c101 and I believe the Integra plug is 303. The engine harness is the original from my civic and is plugged directly into the original ecu. the only plug from the honda that attaches to any Acura harness is the c101, but the honda plug is only a 10 pin, whereas the Integra plug is a 14 pin plus a separate plug for the starter wires (9 and 10 on c101) which means I'll have 6 pins not used from the integra. Below I'll attach the best of 4 days of research between the plugs.
I have the male side plugs for the integra that I can change the pins from c101 into. My only problem is that I do not know where any of the wires should be on the new 14 pin plug. someone please tell me where I should place the Civic's pins in the Integra plug. That is all I need to know.
Currently I have the starter motor wires connected and the engine does in fact crank over. I tried connecting c101 pins 1-8 in the same order to the 303 male's pins 4-11 without any luck. When I did that the coolant temp went to max and the fan came on but no fuel pump came on (with key in run or start). Fuses and relays for the fuel pump are good.
Lastly, my defense for such a terrible idea for an engine swap: I was driving down the highway in snow and totalled the civic, but the engine and transmission were still fine, so I decided to save money by buying another civic or integra that did not have a good engine for cheap. I found the GSR shell for a very good price and that meant even less work for swapping the engine over. Also, this GSR will have very good gas mileage over the previous b series.
What it currently looks like. Honda pins 1-8 removed and ready to put into the male side 303 connector. pins 9 and 10 connected to starter plug
