did you install a radio? did you wire the PWR ATT wire to anything, maybe your actual antenea? i did like a dummy and the same thing happened to me a couple of years ago....for me lesson learned.

you can thank your buddy for shorting something then. this is why you always disconnect your battery...

Re: (VTEC_PRODUCTION)
like everyone else said, the cluster and tail lights are run off the same circuit and fuse. you most likely shorted a wire when installing the radio.

look at all your fuses, and stuff and look at all your wires. bare wires are bad news. trace everything. i havent done anything that you have done so i have no idea what to look for...but those are shortage problems...

Hey man,
I have the exact same problem as you. Here's my story. i have a '94 teg...during the day im fine. i hit my brakes and the lights come on. when i go to turn my night lights on...fuse #10, the one that has the running brake lights, cluster, and lic plate light keeps on going out. i had my radio rewired and erverything was fine. then one day, the fuze started to go out again. i still havent found the problem yet.
it cant be my bulbs since the brakes work during the day. wondering if its a cluster light grounding problem or maybe a radio wire is still bare. im going to check on it right now. but i am experiencing the same problem as you. So let me know if you figure anything out. Because i cant even drive at night.

Re: (Cash21)
ive fgured it out too!!! it was one of the "microphone" looking plug that goes in your head unit. i had an extention that had bare metal on it that hit the frame of my head unit support.
everything is great now. honestly...check your radio and all loose connections
