LS/VTEC owner (how long has your motor lived)

what i am looking to find out is how long your motor has been alive and kicking? if you could post your mileage and what you used as far as parts on your build up. also who you had put it together.

over a year now beating the hell out of it and shifting @ 8200. i have 153,000 on the bottem and the trans
