horn wire on 92 integ

anyone know where the horn wire is on the 92 integ, near steeringwheel??
wire color.. my horn is not working, i just changed the steeringwheel and still does not work

It is the blue/red lead in steering column harness, it is a ground supply. 94

can you hear the relay click when you push the button cause the horn might be shot.
