Here's the problem.

my car was running low on oil, 2.5 quart to be exact because that's how much I poured in whenever I filled it back up. After I pour the oil in, I crank the engine and let it idle to circulate the oil for a little bit. I noticed that my ac fan wasn't spinning (I shorted out the radiator fan sensor so both fans are on all the time) so I pushed it to help it spin. Then out of nowhere, my engines dies.

Here's some symptoms:

1. instrument cluster, clock, and radiator fan doesn't work anymore when key is on ignition 2. radio works and cigarette lighter works.
2. engine cranks but dies immediately
3. fuel pump doesn't prime.
4. main relay isn't clicking
5. a/c blower isn't working

Here's what I've tried:

1. pull all the fuses and they check out okay.
2. check for continuity on the under the hood fuses. they're good
3. check the spark plugs and they're dry
4. pulled the main relay and put it in another honda. it still works
5. pulled the ecu and used another known good ecu.

since you did so, may i recommend you take a look at your ignition switch itself

LoL. I was just about to post this. On a whim, I crank the engine and held the key. My car started up like normal. But the second I let it go. it dies. How do i fix this?

Same thing happened to me. I had to get the ignition switch replaced. Or you could buy some tape and tape the key down in place!!
