Engine is missing ???
Well I have a b18a1 in a da9 and the engine is missing all sensors connected grounds etc, ran for a little bit missing though , then just went too turning over , then started pulling the plug wires one at a time and very faint spark , is it possible this is the distributor or some other electrical failure and the ecu is not throwing any codes.
Gonna try wires and distributor today plugs are ngk timing is set at stock on the cams and on distributor Gonna double check all the grounds today though. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated Thank You for your time. |

Take off your distributor cap and check that the rotor is still seated correctly, and that the screw is where its supposed to be also.

So the engine doesn't have any sensors or connected grounds? If that's what your saying I'd think you already know the problem. If you are saying the engine is missing and has all sensors and connected grounds then that's a different story. |
The engine has all sensors connected and the grounds. Were pretti sure its the distributor due to the car not reving over 3 thousand rpms and the tach is all over the place.
