so my car has always started up on a dime, no problem, the past month its been sitting and ive had to jump it and it starts no problem when jumped, but if i turn it off literally a minute after being jumped and try to restart it, it will turnover and the power will die quickily slowing the cranking down, ive tried to resolder my main relay thinking it would be something to do with the fuel, im gonna take the fuel pump out tonight and take a look at it but my main question is that when i go to check the ecu for some codes, it flashes one short flash when the key is switched on, then nothing at all, and my CEL isnt on im confused anyone want to help?

ok i have an 91 integra and i have had the some problem. i tryed everything in the book but stupid me never checked the ecu after all the stuff i did and well the code that was coming up wasthe same as yours a bad ecu if you know someone with an 90-91 crx civic si or 90-93 obdo integra then try there ecu and if it works thenthere you go bad ecu, but if u want to try the othere way witch is reseting the ecu first you can try this first pull the back up fuse (ecu) fuse from under the hood allso the hazerd fuse depending on if you have abs (if you have abs there will not be a label stating hazord it will be back up) try that and let me know what happens
