Default DC power fold mirror housing the same as non power?

I have a set of power folding mirrors for my dc but the housings are scratched, are they the same as the non power folding? Both are 98 spec.

Yes, de-pin the wires, do not cut them. Also keep in mind LHD and RHD mirrors are physically different molds for the different viewing angles.
