DA 93 INTEGRA LS FAILED CA SMOG YEAH! WELL NOT YEAH BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN......Heres the twist...it has 277,072 miles on it and its the original motor. Guys help me get to 300K so I have stories to tell my grand kids about how I had an Integra that made it up to 300K.

FAILED SMOG NUMBERS

15 MPH ----HC (PPM) CO (%) NO (PPM)
MAX 89 MAX 0.37 MAX 495
Measured 171 Measured 0.56 Measured​ 3200 !!!!

25 MPH---- MAX 54 MAX 0.36 MAX 746
Measured 71 Measured 0.24 Measured 862

Things done before smog was done but didnt matter when the tech said I failed...

Cap and rotor
NGK blue wires and spark plugs
New air filter
New fuel filter
new timing belt
new muffler and piping

Most likely faulty CAT
I have extra new 02 sensor that I didnt install
Timing is off -26

Tech missed the rollers and went reversed and a plume of blue smoke came out exhaust.
I should do a compression test before doing any of these fixes before calling it quits......

ANY FURTHER SUGGESTIONS???

Replace your cat. You listed a bunch of parts that barely effect your emissions yet said you didn't do the one thing that has the biggest effect.

Update:

I put Lucas Oil Stop Leak and set the timing at +-16 TDC and Seafoamed it. Still need to replace 02 sensor and get it retested.

Question:
I cant seem to find a clear pic of it anywhere but if the following illustration was the timing marks on crank pulley the one in the middle of the 3 is -+16 TDC correct?
