could really use some advise... going crazy!!!

Okay so i have a 1991 acura integra with b18 intake manifold on a b20b4 i swapped the motor from one car to another(motor ran no problems before swap, didn't add or take anything off motor) iv got this rev between 1500-2100 RPM iv been fighting for 3 months

things i have done to insure iv covered everything....

`smoke test the intake (vacuum lines) = NO LEAKS
`replaced my IACV(-250.00$) stock/factory denso = not fixed
`adjusted my throttle cable = not fixed
`replaced all the little vacuum shit on the manifold = not fixed
`screwed the idler screw all the way in (tight like a tiger) = not fixed
`serviced my throttle body = not fixed
`new thermostat, full on coolant = not fixed
`ohms tested the connections to iacv (9.4)
`my iacv gets burning hot also IDK???
`charcoal canister brand new = not fixed

iv herd people say the brake booster can cause that problem?, but i unplugged my throttle position sensor and my idle stayed constant but holding at 2100.... i have been fighting this forever and dumping money into stupid shit that's not fixing it... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVISE LOL or more leads to check on thank you much!!!!!!

Looks like I'm not the only one around here who's going crazy.

IACV getting hot is normal. Hot coolant runs through that thing. It gets pretty warm.

Ok, if I understand correctly, you pulled a B20 with a B18 intake manifold out of another vehicle. The motor ran fine, you dropped it in your Integra and are now having this idle issue?

If it's surging from 1500-2100, it really sounds like an IACV issue. I know you replaced it but I'd check the wires between the ECU and IACV. The problem could lie there.

Speaking of the ECU.... what ECU are you using? Did you keep the stock 91 Integra ECU when you dropped the B20 in?
