Default Clutch and flywheel break-in

I have a 95 ls teg, and how long do you think it would take to break in a exedy organic clutch with an ACT prolite (8.8 lb) flywheel, I've already gone 350 k not taking it over 4,500 rpm and i'm getting really anxious to run it.

500 miles seems to be the consensus. It was recommended to me as well by the retailer.

i have an exedy organic clutch and ACT Streetlite flywheel.

was the flywheel and clutch expensive? and what about the labor. i thought that at 40k i would switch the flywheel into more lightweight one and may be change out the clutch with act one. but i dont think i could do it myself. acura dealer should be able to do it for me rite?

I just got through breaking in an Exedy Organic clutch with ACT Streelite flywheel (12.5 lbs). I would rev it high but just let off of it when I would shift. I couldn't wait 500 miles before I actually gassed it some
I did wait 500 miles before running it to redline and shifting it fast. I now have approx. 800 miles on the clutch and all is well thus far.

I got a clutchmasters stage 3 with clutchmasters light flywheel and in the box a piece of paper said break in peirod of 450-500 miles because it was kevlar disked. so i would give it 500 i gave it 750. its really nice execpt 1st gear and reverse are a little jumpy.

I have a act street disk and a fidanza 7.5 lb flywheel. The first day i got the clutch put in i shifted as hard as i could for a few runs, but then i drove like 300 city miles shifting soft. It sitll grabs bad *** after a year.
