Clutch disengagement issue, lots of info/things tried inside
heres teh deal. This problem is on my 94 Integra GSR
For the last few weeks my clutch has been engaging funny, at all different points in teh pedal and sometimes it wouldnt disengage at all. Yesterday it just completely stopped disengaging.
I flushed the clutch fluid, checking for leaks at either the slave or master cylinder. I thenadjusted the clutch pedal to exactly within the FSM's specs. With the car off it shifts fine, with the car on i cant get the clutch to disengage. (to get it home i started the car in first then rev matched to switch gears all teh way home).
I compared the actuation of the actual release fork to my civic and it seems to be moving as far if not farther. The only other wierd thing thats going on is that if i push in teh pedal partially with the car on i get a vibration in the pedal and a faint noise that coincides with the vibration under the hood.
At this point im ready to taek teh tranny off and see whats up in there, but id relly rather not.
eternally grateful for any assistance

Very interesting. I have almost exactly the same problem on my 94 integra gsr.
A few added facts which are also surprising.
1. It appears engine temperature related. I can drive the car fine for about 10 miles before
the problem starts.
2. I've replaced all the clutch hydrolics, so I'm certain it is nothing up to and including the
slave cylindar.
I notice it's been a few weeks since you posted your problem, any update, did you get
it fixed yet?
Thanks!

yup, i had shattered my clutch disk, the springs actually broke out. I found out when I pulled my tranny. I replaced the clutch and flywheel with a performance setup, now all is good.
Im not sure what is wrong with your car, but thit was the answer to mine.
