Re: How much does YOUR integra weigh??? (Tweakmeister)
I am lacking power steering, air conditioning, most of the front bumper support, the rear seats, and the sound deadening in the hatch. That weight was with a full nitrous bottle though.
Car has run a best 1/8 mile time of 7.54 @ 99 mph and that was w/ a high 1.8 60ft and no traction thru 1st gear. Car is basically untuned on 12 psi w/ an 80 shot direct port. Plugs have a nice rich look to them and it loves 105 octane.
I want to shave some more weight and get the car tuned. Should run mid 11s in the 1/4 as it sits... probably around 125 mph or so. W/ more weight savings and some tuning It has mid to high 10s in its future, as wel as 500+ whp.
I just can't really think of anything else to get rid of.

I had my Type R in @ 2420 with race wheels and only one seat. back seats removed as well as front bumper support (put back in now), power steering, rear seat belts, no spare tire, no hatch paneling or any kind of paneling from the front seats back, comptech light flywheel, JDM DC header, AEM intake, Sparco Lap 5 steering wheel, oh and there was a 55 pound Autopowe 4 pt roll bar. So under 2400 pounds without that.

I was making a joke the other day about how heavy cams were and how much weight you would save if you hollowed them out but i didnt think you actually could.

Just go on a diet. Best way to lose 20 lbs. or so. Don't run the 1/4 with a full tank. Gas weighs about 7 lbs. per gallon.

Toda. VTEC is removed. There's no such thing as VTEC not being on all the time. If you have a VTEC equipped car, VTEC is on. (Provided that it is functioning properly.)

Len that's an impressive setup.
I've taken out quite a bit but didn't want to remove the interior garnishes just yet. I also need my A/C and sunroof

Re: (91integraLSVTEC)
damn, considering original weight on a 90-91 integra manual is 2560 lbs and went up another 100 lbs in 92-93, you only weigh about 60 lbs minus what your fuel weighs.

Re: How much does YOUR integra weigh??? (Jackson4Door)
Just weighed mine the other day at the garbage dump and it read 2430 w/o me in it.
This was with a half a tank of gas.
here is what i have taken out of my car
spare tire
sound deadening from the rear hatch area
rear bumper support
the whole a/c system
exhaust heat shields
rear wiper
im gonna weigh it again with a quarter tank of gas, and the rear sections gutted w/o seats
