i have exactly same issue but addition to that my voltage drop on 11-12v only when ac turned on
i changed lot of things

still with the same issue
without ac voltage is perfect
also checked load with highlights /blower /windows deffrose /fog lights
voltage about 13-13.x
but only with the ac the car goes shacking and the voltage drop
p.s checked all positive negative terminals
also added some negative and still same
also change spark plugs cleaned throttle and nothing helped
its happen on idle

Re: car shakes when AC is turned on
Id recommend you take a close look at your crank pulley. They have a rubber "damper" that over time can wear out and begin to slip. Eventually you'll have problems getting a good charge on your battery. You can put a mark (bright pink nail polish works really well! ) on the crank pulley on the outer (power steering) pulley, and a matching mark on either inner pulley. (Or just use the timing marks) take it for a short drive and see if the marks get out of line. I'd also recommend a trickle charge on your battery. Though my battery seemed fine, the trickle charger actually took 2 days to get a full charge! Another thought, it could very simply be worn engine mounts (though they won't affect voltage) causing excessive shake, or perhaps even ignition timing.
