Full Race EG

I have a 1994 GSR. The car will not rev past 6500 and when shifting into second it feels like i am shifting into 5th. It revs EXTREMLY slow. The car will no hit 40 mph until 3rd gear. what could this be?

ls ecu is 7200 redline, and in a gsr thats what it stops at... i know from experience.. i dont think its the ecu,

have you messed with the timing belt recently? You might want to check to make sure you didn't jump a tooth.
