Icon6 Idle issues since i put on turbo

So my dc2 has gone through a number swaps... It's a Gsr body with multiple Gsr parts. Right now I got a b18b1 head and block. Custom turbo running about 5 psi. Nothing fancy.. po6 ecu chipped obd1, h22 injectors w/o resistor.
Okay, the issue I'm facing is my idle and car runs awesome on cold start, then ill drive, ill stop somewhere , let the car run, then idle starts to totally suck out.. we're talkin from a smooth 1200 steady rpm to a fluctuation between 150-300 rpm.
This is probably a rookie thing I'm missing out on that's going over my head... I've tried reseting the ecu, checked my harnesses, my valves, electronics, I dont know what else to look @..
I'm thinking run a dyno tune, it can be because I'm running on a disabled o2 sensor since I converted to odb1. I don't know why..

Thanks.

Any cels? Is the ecu chipped with a basemap for your set up? You need to get it tuned asap

Yeah no cel. It's got it basemapped too and it was tuned decently just to get by.
