broke the hell out of my axle
hey guys I just put in a b16 tranny in my gsr and i just broke the **** out of my axle ( gsr ) was i suppose to use a gsr axle or a civic si axle? thanks again

i just used a GSR axle when putting in my ITR tranny....be careful on what brand axle you use, i have had three axles from three different manufacturers and all of them where different as far as the splines and size....

from what i know..B series axels are all the same...doesnt matter if it comes from a b16a, b16b, b18c1, b18c5, blah blah blah...

just use your stock gsr axles. all b-series are the same, since the trannys are the same. goto a junk yard and get one out of 94+ integra ls/gsr/type r

Dealerships rip you off hard. When I didn't know any better I went to the acura dealership to have a $10 boot put on my axle and they charged $90

dude, dont' go to acura. . . .go to like a shop near your house. .there is a place by me that'll give you a axle for 45 bucks w/core. . . they are fine. . . .never had problems. . .

goto kragen/pep boys or ur local parts store, bring ur busted one with you and use it as a core. shouldnt cost more than $75-80 for a new one.
