Brake pad rubbing problem, help please!
I had some grinding sound coming from my back left wheel so I took the wheel off and when I spun the rotor the pads rubbed in 2 spots opposite each other on the rotor and rub marks on the rotor were visible. It seemed as if the rotor had warped so I went and got a new one to replace it. After I finished, and drove it the noise was still there. I also just replaced the rear wheel bearing on the other side the day before and planned on doing the one on the wheel that all the noise was coming from. So after a new rotor and hub assembly/wheel bearing, I still get this grinding noise as if the rotor is warped, which does go away when the brakes are applied.
What the heck is going on?! Can anyone offer some insight as to what might be wrong?
Car is a 2001 LS by the way.

The pads are less than a year old ceramics and seemed like they were in pretty good shape. Sliders are good. I regreased everything too. I am at at a loss for what to do.

Just an idea but did you line the little nipple on the back side of pad with the grooves on the caliper piston? If not it will make th pads sit wrong and wear em out quick
