Bad ecu? 92 integra

Bad ecu? 92 integra
I have a 92 integra automatic that is not starting.
No spark, no fuel.
A test light at the injectors shows nothing while sitting or cranking. Test light shows no power from yellow/green wire going to distributor while cranking.
No power going to fuel pump from main relay, but relay clicks when key cycled to on position.
All fuses good.
Cel stays on when key is in on position. Tried leaving key on for at least 10 minutes with no change. Cel stays on while cranking, and does not turn off whatsoever.
Tried checking cel, and got a solid cel, and did not blink or flash.
Searching leads me to thinking it needs an ecu. Can anyone reassure me this is the problem?

Sounds like the ECU , check the ECU fuse in the engine bay fuse box.

Thanks for the reply. Ecu fuse is good. Ground is also good. Looks like i just have to wait to post in the marketplace for an ecu, or if someone comes across this and sees i need a 37820-PR4-A61 ecu they can let me know

Had similar problem, but my problem was that the Main relay wasnt clicking and that was giving me a solid CEL. Turned out to be the PGI/main relay fuse underneath the hood, its a 15a. Check that too
