B20 swap into a 92 integra gsr

Hey guys i recently bought a 92 integra gsr. It has a b16a2 currently in it but the motors trashed. Theres a shop near me that has b20b's for cheap. I am looking to buy one and drop it in for a daily driver. Forgeting about the b16 thats in there what all do i need for the swap. The wiring harness on the engines jank and cant be used. Here is my list so far. And my car is a 92 obd1 and all b20's out of crv's are obd2.

Heres my list so far;

B20b engine
new clutch (will any b series clutch work?)
do i need a conversion harness from obd2 to obd1?

ANYTHING else? Thanks in advance guys

You can use a obd1 harness. Just change the distributor
And you might have to change the intake manifold depending on which b20 is it.(hood won't close)
Any b series clutch and fly wheel will fit
As well as any tranny (b series parts are interchangeable)

Dude. Just helping the guy.
Not looking for races. .
Plus if you did want to race with that throw-back gsr you are no match for a b20z/b16 tranny... Stock vs stock
And I know this.

b20b4 is a dog. your ys1 tranny (if still equipped) will be the only thing making it tolerable.
what all is wrong with the b16? i would just frankenstein it. i mean, you have all the parts at your disposal. and the car is already set up for that pr3 head. from a performance standpoint, the b20b4 head is among the worst of the b series family.
however, if the block is stamped b20b only, it's a jdm b20b and you'll have to look for a knock sensor on the back of the block to confirm if it's a high compression b20b with phk pistons, or the low compression with p3f pistons. that will make all the difference.

but because you've asked, i'll answer.
-any b series flywheel 90-01 will work
-92-01 clutch disc, if your car is equipped with the 92+ transmission with larger diameter input shaft. or just retain your original clutch/flywheel if in good shape.
-your orinal transmission will bolt up fine.
-p75 intake manifold
-p75 pcm obd1
-92-95 integra ls,rs,gs distributor

that's pretty much all i can think of. everything else is transferable.
so to sum it up, first, find out if it's a b20b4 or b20b. if it's a b20b, look for knock sensor.
if it's a b20b4, think about using your pr3 head and doing a frankenstein. that way you can retain your b16 head, distributor, and pcm. because the b20b4 is a pretty weak ass motor on it's own

This car will smoke a b17 and I havnt touched anything engine wise yet. Its getting frankenstein swapped next month, still has the b20 n and it is the high comoression ive done tons of research, I put a ys1 trans in (the b16 trans locked up), but I was wondering why the car didnt get Frankenstein swaooed to begin with if you had to take a b16 out of it? Sorry for commenting on stuff from years earlier. But I stumbled upon a pic from another thread on google and got curious, this car has been a mystery ever since I got it

Don't make the mistake I made. I had to keep the b18 power steering pump and the b18 drivers side engine mount bracket. I didn't realize it until I was dropping the engine in. Had to take the crank pulley off and the valve cover to get to the bracket. Oh and had to keep the b18 crank pulley because of the power steering belt type. Hope this helps!

So a b20b with b16 tranny would bolt up just fine?
