auto tranny prob????
 

Im posting this for a friend...he has a 1993 LS all stock. He had it parked for about 7 months, there was nothing wrong with it he just put the miles on his other car. So goes to start it and it fires right up and he tries to put it into drive. It doesnt want to go so, heres where he messed up, he forces it into drive and now it wont go back into park and none of the other gears work...for example-when you put it into Reverse, the reverse lights come on but the car creeps forward like the clutch is slipping but its an auto. And when its in Drive it drives normal, it just wont go all the way up into park. Any ideas or suggestions???? Thanks in advance!!!! https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

any other ideas or suggestions? Would it be easier you think to just get a new tranny? And what is a band adjustment?

did you check the fluid level?
