anyone here use regular castrol gtx 5w-30 non synthetic in their integra?

how is it?
smooth? good gas mileage? burn oil?

i use that!! but 10w30 it gives me 8 extra horsepower. no but really. lol its been the one oil i use since my first car. every one has their say on how much better their oil is.... blah blah oil is all the ****** same. unlss it says it has some additive **** up in it... yaddida? time to light some more fireworks off

im running the 10w-40 and its been doing fine i suppose. i havent tried any other oil so i cant compare it.

I used it in my ITR when it was turbo. I use it in my ITR now that it is NA. Doesnt burn at all opposed to using Mobil 1.

i use castrol full synthetic oil 10w30 and it's real good. if i had a 2nd choice i would use valvoline full synthetic oil.
