97 Ls Integra Ac Belt Making Noise
 

I have a 97 ls integra and the ac belt is making this weird noise.Sounds something like a penny rattling in a can or something to that sort.The ac belt is rather new and is on properly, not too tight or not too lose.The weird thing is as soon as i apply some WD-40 to it, it goes away instantly but comes back after 15-30 min of driving.I don't want to keep on lubericating the ac belt just to get the noise to go away.What should I do considering it is foggy and raining over at my area.

It sounds like either an idler pulley, or a belt tensioner pulley. I'm not sure which one is present on that belt, but a good place to start. Taking the belt off, and spinning everything by hand would also give you a quick idea of where the problem is. If nothing seems out of the ordinary, replace that belt with a good Gates belt.
