95 DC4 Rolls When Fully Stopped
Foot completely planted on the brake pedal, does this mean that I have to change the brake fluid? Dangerous when it rolls when at a complete stop so I usually pull on the handbrake till then. Worse when under hot weather.

Is it hard to bring the vehicle to a stop, or are the brakes only bad once you have stopped ?
Have you checked your brake fluid level recently in case you have a leak ? If the car is hard to bring to a stop then it sounds like you have a fluid leak in one or more lines. If the brakes are only bad once you are stopped (peddle drops to the floor) then the other source would be a faulty master cylinder/booster and possibly a vacuum leak.
Do not drive the car any further until you get it sorted out , that is dangerous as all hell.
