94 V-tec integ. gear oil & break fluid change??

I was just wondeing if gear oil & break fluid changes are do-it-yourself type jobs? If so, can anyone tell me (in detail) how to go about it?

yes might need help with bleeding the brakes other than that it shouldn't be hard

no they are both do it yourself

you can always gravity bleed the system.. no extra people required.
