92 integra...need help PLEASE!

i have a 92 integra b18a1 with b2 cams, intake, exhaust and clutch with a ys1 trans..motor has about 110,000.i started having like a fuel cut omost in 3rd gear at about 3grand it would cut right to idle and i would have to hit the clutch and rev it up and throw it back in gear...about a week or two later i started losing power at higher rpms and it was having a feeling omost like my intake was clogged and it wasnt getting enough air or fuel..i couldnt even spin tires, now if i start it cold it idles fine with a little sputter but as soon as it warms up like 4 mins later i rev it to 3 grand and the needle shoots up and down and it put puts and stalls but starts right back up..changed the plugs and fuel filter so far..what else could it b? my distributor, fuel pump, or is it possible i slipped a couple teeth on timing?.any ideas would be appreciated :)

just taking a stab in the dark from other things i've read

Main Relay

Clean IACV

Clean FITA

compression test

could also be what you said and jumped a couple of teeth so get that checked out especially if you have been driving it.

First thing to do is check valve timing, if it has skipped a tooth it could skip more and damage the engine.

I would also do/check what rlacsamana1989 posted along with testing the TPS and a fuel pressure test to see if the fuel pump is on it's way out. 94

i had this problem it was my timing belt it skipped one tooth.. from what ive read we have interference engines..but luckily since i slipped only one tooth the valves did not hit the top of the piston...i did have a major lag when i accelerated..at first i thought it was the ignition timing or the dizzy or a fouling plug but my last one to check was a skipped tooth ..took off the valve cover and timing belt cover and brought it up to TDC from the crank pullet and the cam gears did not line up equally....hope that helps...its a quick n easy checkk

Re: 92 integra...need help PLEASE!

i was referring to the tachometer. not speedometer.
you should physically check the codes. though the CEL may not have come on, a code may be still be stored. that's what i would do first anyways
but the tachometer. any issues when the problem occurs?

sorry. just saw that you posted about the tach.
it's an ignition problem for sure.
ignitor or CKP (crank position sensor)

I KNOW THIS SOUNDS BASIC BUT I HAD A SIMULAR ISSUE WITH MY DISTRIBUTOR ROTOR. THE INSIDE CLIP THAT HOLDS THE ROTOR TO THE DISTRIBUTOR BROKE. SO SOMETIMES CAR RAN OK BUT LITTLE BY LITTLE STARTED LOSSING POWER
