How can i tell if this has a jdm b20b?
I got this 1995 teggy in a trade, the guy said it was a "jdm b20b"
It is a b20b for a fact but how do i tell if it's the "jdm" b20?

look if it has a CKF sensor near the crank gear, if it does not then its a "jdm" engine. However if it does you've got a usdm one.
the pic is a d16 but it applies for b series also.

you'll see a wire running or not running down the side of the cover, jack the car up and look from the bottom is the best way.

The engine in the picture is a "JDM" or other Asian market motor.
Easiest way to tell? Its says B20B. Thats a non-US market motor. Beyond that, there's no real way to tell JDM, Malaysian DM, etc.
North American/most other non-Asian market motors have numbers after the last letter. Example: B20B1.

Thats one leaking ****** b20b...I hate it when people don't take care of there cars but you know what its not my issue when a car runs low on oil and they have rod knock or any damn issues.
