I have a friend whose 90 Integra engine was going bad. We put in a 95 B18B engine that is good (180 psi comp test in all 4 cylinders), and we put the stock intake manifold, fuel rail, injectors on.

This car will not start. We have tried different injectors, different starter, different ecu, different distributor, diff spark plugs, diff plug wires, and checked and cleaned all grounds.

The car is producing spark from the spark plug. We know we are getting fuel to the rail, but I'm not sure if fuel is being sent out the injectors. We have tried squirting in "engine start" stuff and it almost wanted to start.

When we unplugged the ecu and turned over the motor with no ecu at all, it did nearly the same thing. I am curious if the main relay is bad. Will it still allow the starter to crank and prime the fuel pump and still spark the plugs even if the main relay is bad?

That is about the only thing I can think of that is left keeping this thing from running.

it sounds like a fuel issue for sure...check the fuse under hood and make sure the connections on the in tank pump are connected good....i had a problem when i changed my stock in tank pump to a walboro and when i put the cover with the wires and pump attached back on top of the fuel tank i had gotten a wire pinched between the 2 and it kept my car from starting. let me know if this helps at all or im me ill help you figure this out
