Couldnt tell you if theyll rub or not but keep in mind that tire is about an inch taller than a oem tire, So also factor in it feel as though it "lost hp".

The rears will most likely rub. Depending on the wheel offset, you will need to remove the rubber trim from the wheel well.

Re: 225/45/16 will it rub?

205/45/16 is preferred
stock size 195/55/15<< 195mm(width) x .55%(aspect ratio)=107.25 x2=214.50/25.4mm in an inch=8.44 + 15(rim size)= 23.44 inches overall diameter
205/45/16 = 23.23 inches

Re: 225/45/16 will it rub?

225/45/16 = 23.97 my experience tells me it would rub, no matter the price on the tires a rolled up fender is not worth the savings plus you have to factor in the offset and backspacing of the wheel 225 may be to wide and rub when you hit every little bump in the road

Your calculation is correct! but this is not accurate because different tires have different specs...
I remember a thread showing a stack of 225 are taller than 235 tires...
The best way is to go to tirerack to check with the diameter

are you talking 225/70/16 compared to a 235/45/17??? or the circum. of the tire

225/45/17s barely rub on my DA6, Only rubs when I go over massive bumps fast. Every day driving is fine.

Here's the thread from SCCA Forum about

215/40/17 Z1 Sport wider than 225/45/17 RT615

Re: 225/45/16 will it rub?

sorry cant believe it without seeing it in person, not by that much, and as far as the height on the 15" in the review tread depth could easily factor into that, tread depth would account for almost 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch but im gonna be comparing tires when i get back to work we stock approx. 3500 tires at my work and ill let you know

Re: 225/45/16 will it rub?

Yup, they'll rub. Stick with either 205/45-16 or 215/45-16. Both are within 1 percent of the outer diameter of the stock 195/55-15 size. If your Integra came with 195/60-14 tires, then 205/45-16 is closer in diameter to stock than 215/45-16. Don't get the 225/45-16.
