Default 2000 b18b1 won’t start

I put my car back together and everything seems to be right but it still won’t fire. I’ve set my timing 20+ times just to make sure it was right. Checked all my plugs for spark, triple cleaned my injectors, and even tried to use starting fluid to get it running and it won’t fire. I was told it may be the crank sensor (which makes sense) but looking for other opinions before I pull the pulley back off and change it. It started fine before the head was redone, it had a melted valve so I had it sent it to a machine shop to have that replaced and everything looked over.

Make sure the distributor is on correct and not 180 deg off, sometimes they can go in upside down or backwards and it wont fire up. take it out and turn the key 180 deg and insert it back in and try. And or confirm the cam gears are lined up as well as the crank pulley at TDC. Im pretty sure your mech. timing is off.

is there a flashing green "KEY" on the dash board? If so, the ignition ring needs to be replaced. 03'/04' Acura CL/TL will work.

there are more TL/CL's in the salvage yard than 99-01 Integras. That's why finding the part is easier from those cars.
