Does this header have the 2.5" collector, just wanna make sure before i buy.

No, the one you are looking for is the DC Sports JDM 4-1 Header. Part number for ceramic is AHC6612.

i have a 2.5'' test-pipe right now after my stock headers, and then 2.5'' from test-pipe back. Will this header bolt up and fit to my test-pipe?

If you currently have an LS or '00-'01 GS-R and the test pipe does indeed have a 2.5" flared "floating" flange, the lengths will be close enough that it should bolt on without a problem.
